  • Good news! This workbook is designed to be for someone with zero medical knowledge who wants to feel empowered and in control of her own health.

  • It’s best if the labs are as recent as possible, as that will give you the best idea of how your body is currently doing. However, if you’re curious what your bloodwork from months ago was telling you at the time, this can still be insightful!

  • When you go to purchase, you’ll see a list of all of the markers included in the workbook. However, you do not need to have all of these markers available in order for you to be able to use this workbook well!

  • Once you’ve analyzed your results, the workbook will provide you with some next steps. It won’t be as extensive as the protocols my 1:1 clients receive, but it will provide you with areas to focus on and steps to take to address what you’ve found.

Meet the practitioner, Grace Shepard

I founded Grace Shepard Wellness after struggling personally with chronic, debilitating acne. I knew I wanted a permanent, root-cause solution to my acne, so I set out to do so myself through a more functional approach. After successfully ridding my acne forever without ever stepping foot in a doctors office or taking a medication, I knew I wanted to move away from working in the conventional medical space as a nurse and into working with women in order to help them find root-cause solutions to their health problems.

After becoming a mother in 2021, I became fiercely passionate about helping other mothers maintain or regain their health within motherhood so they can fulfill God's mission for them on this earth, which is really when Grace Shepard Wellness was born.

The Functional Bloodwork Workbook was designed to empower women like you to uncover the deeper story your bloodwork is telling and finally connect the dots between your labs and your symptoms.
